Upon making the career decision to lose my anonymity as an adult performer by crossing over from Feature Dancer to Porn Star I gave up any future with children, till over 60yrs.  I just don't need the drama with all the other opportunities in life.

Litigation is usually favorable if the worker puts up a fight.  However, most do not.  Partly because the population consisting of my co-workers does not exclude chemically dependant, mentally disabled, dual diagnosed or transient persons.  I have plenty of work ahead of me once I pass the California State Bar, should I ever get there.

Another professor suggested camping out in Federal Court.  I've got my eyes on a juicy R.I.C.O. in the circuit.  I wish Vice would go after the city parking lot contractors that owe a gazillion dollars in back city tax.  Vice goes after corporate crime.   I guess the NYPD Vice Unit was too busy with physical prostitutes on elected officials that they just didn't have time to get to the Wall Street values prostitutes creating poverty currently being bothered by the growing number of protesters.

Speaking of creativity.  IF... I am an attorney for Hustler, AND I'm defending their right to film unprotected vaginal and anal sex scenes, THEN a good argument for creativity under the first amendment is that the transmission of syphilis and gonorrhea between partners is the plain meaning of 'create'.   Create = to cause to come into being.  He or she caused another to come into being positive for HIV.  To 'create' is protected by the first amendment.  So it seems to be ok to infect people with HIV under our first amendment right???  Or is that the definition of Obscenity???  I guess we'll know it when we see it huh?

(their profit is shown to be to the detriment of the dying individual) OK 60 Minutes, Thx.

I was also reading how Vanna White v Samsung tramples on the first amendment with the legal fiction creating a property right for a celebrity individual to what 'invokes' her image, thus, my thoughts???  (her profit protection shown to be to the detriment of Samsung's free speech)

Soooo ... IF,  in the middle of a dark and stormy night, without warning, a company swoops in and hacks away absconding with property ownership rights in chunks of my body: At the same time Paris Hilton and Charlie Sheen are screaming law suit against anyone who says That's Hot or Winning Duh, respectively,

THEN 'my' alienable property rights to my own vagina are so totally confusing!!!

On my 'Nevada Brothels Tour 2009' I stopped by and asked the NV Attorney General rep why they are appealing a case that overturned a law that makes it a crime for me to go to the AVN show in Vegas and tell fans where the brothel I work at is located.  He yelled at me.  I cried. 

Thankfully brothel owners across the state are more that happy to offer a banquette table of beauty's who help even grumpy government officials release their stresses in a sexy environment complete with secret stealth back door private entrances.  Hookers even sign confidentiality agreements.

Why do I dig 77th, Rampart, NoHo, and others?  I was an attorney groupie for years because of all the USSC cases that directly impact my job as an adult performer across the nation.  But for the attorneys'.  I always though LE officers were nosey hall monitors until I followed the instruction of a law professor at school and proudly add LE groupie as a result.  The biggest reason is that they read the same case law I get to read at law school.  I look at attorneys' as protectors of the law of the land: LE as the application of the rule of law. I am still on the side lines as a big fan of the law and those that get to make a living with it.  One day I hope to get my JD, $100,000.00 later, and before 2017.
